Arif Lemani

Arif Lemani – Managing Director

Arif Lemani is the founder of Small Wish International Foundation (SWI). He has actively worked in the development sector for over 10 years. He is heading the projects of the foundation across North-East India since 2019. He started the CCEP project and the For a Change Project to solve the twin challenges of reducing the human ecological footprint and ensuring decent childhood for children.

Sheikh Prince Khalid

Prince Khalid – Director

Prince Khalid is a Political Science Graduate and a Human Resouce Professional passionate about making a social change.

Bhabana Barman

Bhabana Barman – Programme Coordinator

Bhabana Barman is a Law Graduate entrant in the development sector. She is currently working as a Programme Coordinator with Small Wish International Foundation. She supports the planning and coordination of foundation projects and activities. She undertakes a variety of administrative and program management tasks and carries out important operational duties.

Dipjyoti Baishya

Dipjyoti Baishya – Auditor

Dipjyoti Baishya is a chartered accountant appointed as the Auditor of Small Wish International Foundation. He ensures that the foundation’s financial statements are in good order, reviews the foundation accounts to the highest standards of probity and transparency, and ensures the financial statements are in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Shatabdi Sengupta

Shatabdi Sengupta – Compliance Professional

Shatabdi Sengupta is a compliance professional contracted by the board of Small Wish International Foundation. She ensures the foundation complies with company law, maintains certain statutory requirements, and makes the necessary filings with the Registrar of Companies such as annual returns, financial statements, and certain forms with respect to changes inside the foundation.
